What is the screening process for household staff?
We require each of our candidates to send us a resume or a detailed description of their employment history as well as a biography. We also require a list of references who we personally speak to on the phone. We read reference letters and gather any certificates that they may have. When our clients are set on hiring an employee, we run background checks as needed through GoodHire.
What areas do you service?
We service all of Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
How are you different from other agencies?
We are a boutique agency, meaning that we offer a personalized, detail-oriented, and efficient approach when it comes to placing household staff with clients. We are available to answer any questions our clients may have from 10AM to 10PM, Monday to Friday. Our fees are also incredibly competitive in comparison to larger agencies.
What qualifications do your nannies have?
All of our nannies are 21 years or older with 5+ years of professional nanny experience. They all have glowing references and are personable, kind & knowledgeable in the realm of childcare. Most are also bilingual and have backgrounds in Early Childhood Education and/or training in Newborn Care and Doula work. Our nannies are all legal to work in the US.
